- Brekky included. Giant nutella. Buffet style. Good coffee.
- Walked, bumped into Americans on our tour last night.
- Kept seeing red hydrant kind of things with cigarette butts awlays in them
- Very interesting large clock in square, ask Booony about, he was listening.
- Doges palace tour. Eventually found tour meeting place. No larger backpacks but can store for free. Skip the line? Lady, tour guide, very good
- Heaps of artwork, prison cells, armory, chastity belt, huge hall at top with no columns support inside.
- Apparently Pink floyd free concert a few years back, not a good thing for the structures. Not enough toilets etc etc.
- Wondered around found another small piazza had very nice small lunch half under umbrellas. Trav seafood yum.
- Back to hotel . Checked out turkish bath (small, Sam stpped in water in her shoes) and gym (smaller), next to canal outside.
- Idea, Booked private boat ride at 430pm. AWESOME!! Get to see so much in hour and a half. Incuding Grand Canal. See photos.
- Pickup and drop off directly from hotel, out back on the canal. Traffic jam of gondolas.
- Walked to Rialto bridge (little bit of rain), and then along Grand Canal? to outdoor restaurant for dinner. Service and food not as good as last night.
- TIP: Careful ordering spaghetti Marinara, you won’t get seafood you will get basic pasta with tomato base and garlic.
