- Docked at Valetta
- Walked around trying to find cafe. up hill, Earby cafe too busy.
- Found catholic church at very top of hill with the word ‘Capa???’ in its name and Trav asked is there a cafe around, to which the priest said no ‘Capa’ means priest not Capacino. Had a laugh. He pointed us back to some dodgy cafe that we decided against (old men hanging around dirty looking cafe)
- Found main street, and cafe, sat inside as very windy outside. Tan and Sam both fell down stairs going to toilet.
- Walked to Upper Barrakka gardens. Still had an hour before guns salute.
- Got a horse and cart each around the city. With history lesson. Awesome way to do it.
- 12 noon guns, only one lit. A bit of a anti-climax. See video. Guns were pointed at Celebrity ship in harbour. Lucky they were blanks.
- Lunch at Muso restaurant just up the road in outside courtyard. Took a while to get food and drinks, but nice (exe).
- Got tickets to go down in huge elevator, very fast way to get down.
- Sam found bauble on way back to ship.
